Delivery & Booking
Where do you deliver your cool room / bar to?
We deliver within the Perth metro area 30kms from Malaga. Email us for further delivery details.
What time will the cool room / bar arrive?
Please call or email for delivery and pick up times.
What is the minimum hire period?
2 days minimum.
Can I hire for a longer term?
Yes, please email or call and we’ll organise longer-term hire.
Power, Setup & Performance
What type of power does a cool room require?
10amp.
Where should I set up the cool room?
A level site with acceptable vehicle access, within 15 metres of a power source. If it needs to be further, please call. You cannot join power leads.
What is the minimum hire period?
2 days minimum.
How do I stack cartons in the cool room?
Keep cartons away from the walls and it’s best to remove drinks out of cartons. This helps air circulate and the cool room work more efficiently.
How long does it take to bring warm stock down to drinking temperature?
It depends on the volume and delivery temperature. The longer you have, the better.
Security, Bond & Cleaning
Are the cool rooms able to be locked?
Yes, we supply a trailer lock and the cool room door has locks.
Is there a bond required?
Yes, a bond is required for each hire. It’s refunded once the cool room or bar is returned in the same condition as received.
Do I have to clean the cool room or bar after use?
Yes. We wash and sanitise all cool rooms and the bar before hire. Please give it a general clean to remove spillages. If it’s returned dirty, a cleaning fee will apply.
Payments & Compliance
How can I pay for hire?
We accept EFT, cash, Visa and Mastercard. Payment is required prior to delivery.
Are your cool rooms electrically safety compliant?
Yes, our cool rooms are tested and tagged in accordance with Australian Standards.
