Hire Agreement – General Terms & Conditions
This page summarises the key terms of hire for Mad Max’s Events & Cool Room Hire. By confirming a booking and hiring equipment from us, you agree to these terms.
Proper Use of Equipment
The hirer must ensure the equipment is used correctly and only for the purpose it was hired for, in line with any instructions provided.
Ownership, Responsibility, Loss & Damage
All equipment remains the property of Mad Max’s Events & Cool Room Hire at all times. Any loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the person hiring the equipment (or the organisation/club they represent).
Return Date
Equipment must be returned on the agreed date unless otherwise arranged by contacting Max or Angela.
Payment & Booking Confirmation
Payment is payable upon confirmation of a booking.
Bond Conditions
A security bond is required for each hire. The bond will be refunded once the cool room or bar is returned in the same condition as received.
If the customer does not proceed with the hire agreement, the bond is forfeited.
